Can CamRadar detect every hidden camera?
No. No Android application can guarantee detection of every camera. A device may be offline, isolated from your network, use an unsupported wireless technology, conceal its identifiers, or simply not transmit anything detectable by your phone.
Does CamRadar scan devices connected to my local network?
CamRadar can use network information available to the Android device to discover and inspect reachable devices. Visibility varies depending on the router, Wi-Fi configuration, Android version, and network isolation settings.
Can signal strength tell me the exact distance to a device?
Not reliably. Wireless signal strength can sometimes provide useful relative nearer-or-farther information, but walls, antennas, interference, device orientation, reflections, and transmission power make exact distance calculations unreliable.
Is CamRadar free?
CamRadar can be downloaded from Google Play. Some advanced functionality may be offered through optional in-app purchases or CamRadar Pro.
Does CamRadar hack or access other devices?
No. CamRadar is designed for device discovery and inspection using information legitimately available to the Android device. It is not designed to bypass passwords, authentication, encryption, or device security controls.
