Introduction
Contractor Job CRM offers optional premium features to enhance your productivity. These paid products may include a Pro subscription, industry‑specific packs, customization tools and other premium functionality. All purchases are handled through Google Play billing.
Pro Subscription
The Pro subscription unlocks advanced features that go beyond the core app. Examples include additional job templates, advanced reporting, customizable expense categories, automated backups and other productivity tools. Pro content is delivered entirely inside the app; there is no server‑side account. A valid, active Google Play subscription is required to access Pro features.
- Billing cycle: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (usually monthly or annually) unless canceled through Google Play.
- Price variations: Pricing may vary by country, currency, taxes or promotional offers. The price shown in Google Play is the price that will be charged.
- Trial periods: If a free trial is offered, you will not be charged until the trial ends. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges.
- Cancellation: You can cancel at any time via the Google Play app under Subscriptions. Canceling stops future charges but does not automatically refund the current period.
- Access after cancellation: Access to Pro features remains until the end of the paid period. When the subscription expires, the app reverts to the free version and Pro features become unavailable.
- Refunds: Refunds are generally handled by Google Play. The developer may review support requests, but the final decision is subject to Google Play policies and applicable law.
Industry‑specific Packs
Packs are optional, one‑time purchases that provide predefined templates, categories and workflow adjustments for specific industries (e.g., HVAC, cleaning, appliance repair). Packs do not auto‑renew. Purchasing a pack unlocks the associated templates on your device. Packs cannot be transferred between accounts or devices unless supported by Google Play Family Library. Prices may vary by region. Packs are local‑first: they do not create a cloud account or upload your data.
General Billing Terms
- Payment processing: All payments are processed by Google Play. The developer does not receive your full card details.
- Taxes and fees: Prices may include taxes where applicable. Additional fees may be applied by your payment provider or local regulations.
- Changes to pricing or offerings: The developer may update subscription pricing or introduce new packs. Material changes will be communicated through the app, store listing or this page when appropriate.
- Feature availability: Paid features may not be available on all devices or Android versions. If a purchase is refunded, canceled or invalidated, access to related features may be removed.
- Responsibility: You are responsible for managing your subscription and purchases. The developer is not responsible for outages or billing issues caused by Google Play or third‑party services.
