Contractor Job CRM — Data Deletion Instructions
Effective date: June 12, 2026
Last updated: June 12, 2026
Contractor Job CRM does not require users to create an account.
Contractor Job CRM does not provide cloud synchronization, server storage, or developer-managed user accounts. App data is stored locally on the user’s device.
What data may be stored locally
Depending on how the user uses the app, Contractor Job CRM may store the following information locally on the device:
- jobs and work records;
- customer names and contact details entered by the user;
- job addresses entered by the user;
- notes, prices, expenses, and reports;
- app settings;
- calendar event information imported after the user grants calendar permission;
- locally created backups or exports, if the user chooses to create them.
This data is not stored on our servers.
How to delete app data
Because app data is stored locally on the device, users can delete their data by using one of the following methods:
Option 1 — Delete data inside the app
If the app provides delete, clear, or reset options for specific records, users may delete jobs, customers, notes, expenses, reports, or settings directly inside the app.
Option 2 — Clear app storage from Android settings
Users can delete all locally stored app data through Android system settings:
- Open Settings on the Android device.
- Go to Apps.
- Select Contractor Job CRM.
- Open Storage.
- Tap Clear data or Clear storage.
This removes the local app database and app settings from the device.
Option 3 — Uninstall the app
Users can also delete locally stored app data by uninstalling Contractor Job CRM from the device.
Please note that uninstall behavior may depend on the Android version, device manufacturer, and backup settings enabled on the device.
Backups and exported files
If the user manually created backups, exports, screenshots, files, or copies outside the app, those files may remain on the device or in locations selected by the user.
Users are responsible for deleting any manually exported files from their device storage, cloud drive, email, or other backup location.
Google Calendar data
Contractor Job CRM may access calendar event information only after the user grants calendar permission.
If calendar events were imported into the app, deleting app data will delete the local imported copy stored inside Contractor Job CRM. It will not delete the original event from Google Calendar.
To delete original calendar events, users must manage them directly in Google Calendar.
Account deletion
Contractor Job CRM does not currently provide user accounts. Therefore, there is no developer-managed account to delete.
If account functionality is added in the future, this page will be updated with instructions for deleting the account and associated account data.
